NHCC Facility Usage Fees

In general, NHCC members may use the facility free of charge for small events but if you'd like to make a donation to cover costs you can.  For the purposes of this document a NHCC member refers to an adult over the age of 21 who is actively attending NHCC services and events.  (Active attendance = attending NHCC services and events at least 10 times in the past 6 months). 

Private events/actvities for members of NHCC and their children/grandchildren. 

Ex: Card group, craft class, party or shower for your children, family dinner

      - no charge for 35 or less people.

      - 35-60 people $50 up to 4 hours, add'l $25 for up to 4 more hours

      - 61-100 people $125 up to 4 hours, add'l $75 for up to 4 more hours

      - 100+ people case by case charge

Private events/actvities sponsored by NHCC members for extended families and friends  

Ex: family reunions, parties for cousins, neices, nephews

      - 35 people or less $50 up to 4 hours, add'l $25 for up to 4 more hours

      - 35-60 people $100 up to 4 hours, add'l $50 for up to 4 more hours

      - 61-100 people $200 up to 4 hours, add'l $125 for up to 4 more hours

      - 100+ people case by case charge

Children's Parties sponsored by NHCC members for extended family or friends 

Ex: sponsoring a party for your friend/sister's child and their classmates

      - 35 people or less $100 up to 4 hours, add'l $50 for up to 4 more hours

      - 35-60 people $150 up to 4 hours, add'l $75 for up to 4 more hours

      - 61-100 people $250 up to 4 hours, add'l $150 for up to 4 more hours

      - 100+ people case by case charge

Use of gym when NHCC member is a coach or an active particpant

      - no charge for 35 or less people.

      - 35-60 people $75 up to 4 hours, add'l $45 for up to 4 more hours

      - 61-100 people $175 up to 4 hours, add'l $80 for up to 4 more hours

      - 100+ people case by case charge

Use of Gym for community groups sponsored by NHCC members

(sponsoring member must be present for the entire event)

      - 35 people or less $75 up to 4 hours, add'l $45 for up to 4 more hours

      - 35-60 people $150 up to 4 hours, add'l $60 for up to 4 more hours

      - 61-100 people $250 up to 4 hours, add'l $100 for up to 4 more hours

      - 100+ people case by case charge

Use of A/V facilities and NHCC members to operate equipment.

      - $50 per hour add'l to facility fee

Wedding only (all weddings must be approved by pastoral staff)

(includes wedding rehearsal  - Pastors, pianist, soloist etc fees need to be arranged additionally)

     - No charge for NHCC members.

     - $200 for non NHCC members. 

Wedding reception only

      - No charge for NHCC members.

      - $250 for non NHCC members up to 4 hours, add'l $150 for up to 4 more hours

Wedding and Reception

(includes wedding rehearsal  - Pastors, pianist, soloist etc fees need to be arranged additionally)

      - No charge for NHCC members

      - $375 for non NHCC members up to 6 hours, add'l $200 for up to 4 more hours

Use of A/V facilities and NHCC members to operate equipment for weddings and funerals

- $50 flat rate paid directly to the technician

Funeral only

     - No charge for NHCC members.

     - $200 for non NHCC members. 

Visitation only

      - No charge for NHCC members.

      - $250 for non NHCC members up to 4 hours, add'l $150 for up to 4 more hours

Funeral and Visitation

      - No charge for NHCC members

      - $375 for non NHCC members up to 6 hours, add'l $200 for up to 4 more hours
