NHCC Facility Usage Members Responsibilities



We are pleased to share with you this facility God has blessed us with. 

In order to keep the facility pleasant for all to use we ask that you abide by these guidelines:


If you move it, please put it back.

 

If you mess it up, please clean it.

 

If you bring it in, please take it out.

 

Please keep all food and drinks off of carpeted areas. 

 

Supervise children well.  Note: children are not allowed on the stage.

 

No alcohol, smoking, fighting, horseplay, gambling allowed.

 

Only authorized NHCC people are to be on the stage or the mezzanine at anytime.

 

If something is broken or damaged report it to the office staff. If it requires immediate attention,

please contact Craig Kachelmuss.

 


All rooms used need to be put back in order after use.  Take any food garbage, diapers or very full garbage bags out to the dumpster and put a new bag in the empty can.  Wipe up any spills. Vacuum if needed.


Be sure to check all areas used including halls, nursery, classrooms and bathrooms.  No need to restock, just make sure all is put away and clean looking.  Be especially attentive if your event is on a Friday or Saturday as the weekly cleaning is done on Thursdays and Fridays.  How you leave the rooms is likely how they will look on Sunday morning for services, unless you have paid the extra janitorial fee for NHCC to clean up after your event.


The gym and kitchen need special attention.  The gym must be dry mopped after each use, even if it doesn’t look dirty.  When using the gym:  no one is allowed in the mezzanine area, except authorized AV personnel.  If you need to use the stage or have AV services for your event, please let office staff know when you reserve your space. When using the kitchen:  clean the kitchen counters, sinks and appliances.  Wash and put away all dishes and paper products.


Equipment and supplies needed to clean up are available in the large storage room north of the gym (where we store the chairs and tables, etc.).
