About God
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has existed eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are equal and are one God. The God of the Bible is the one and only true God.

About Jesus ChristJesus Christ is the Son of God and the Messiah of the Old Testament. He is equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived a sinless human life and is the Savior of the world, offering Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of mankind by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return someday to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

About the Holy SpiritThe Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He is the indwelling presence of God which marks us as followers of Jesus from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding spiritual truth, and guidance in living as God intends. He provides every believer with at least one spiritual gift when they are saved. As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily.

About the BibleThe Bible (Old Testament and New Testament) is God’s Word and His revealing of Himself to us. It was written by human authors, under the spiritual guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living, and thus is our only rule of faith and practice. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error.

About Human BeingsPeople are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although every person has a tremendous potential for moral good, everyone is separated from God by a nature of disobedience called “sin”.

About Salvation
Salvation is God's free gift that is received only by His grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We can never overcome our sin through self-improvement or good works. Salvation occurs when we repent and turn away from our own self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith. Eternal life begins the moment belief and repentance occur.
Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 14:6; 1:12; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1
In receiving salvation, a person must:
Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 14:6; 1:12; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1
In receiving salvation, a person must:
- Hear the truth of Christ - Romans 10:17 - Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the Word of Christ.
- Believe in Christ - Mark 16:16 - Whoever believes will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
- Recognize you are a sinner and repent of your sin - Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Acts 2:38 - Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven.
- Confess Christ as Lord and Savior - Matthew 10:32-33 - Whoever acknowledges Me before men, I will also acknowledge him before My Father in heaven. But whoever disowns Me before men, I will disown him before My Father in heaven.
- Be Baptized into Christ - Romans 6:3-4 - Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Jesus Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
- Work, Serve and Grow – Philippians 2:12-13 - Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.

About EternityPeople were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God’s grace by sin, or eternally in God’s presence through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God’s grace is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence.
